TenCate Advanced Armour appoints John W. Mercer as CEO

TenCate Advanced Armour has appointed Mr. John W. Mercer as CEO effective 31 July 2023. Mr. Mercer previously served as Executive Chairman of the Steering Committee and replaces Mr. Steen Tanderup who has stepped down after more than 16 years with the company.

Mr. Mercer brings with him extensive experience in leadership and consultancy positions in various manufacturing companies in Canada, the US, and the UK, as well as being a former officer in the Royal Canadian Regiment.
